Where can I have Swann Products Delivered to?

We deliver to home and business addresses in all states of Australia from our warehouse in Melbourne. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

• FREE Shipping on all orders.
• It can take up to 10 working days from pick/pack to delivery at your door within Metro Regions of VIC, NSW & QLD.
• Remote Regions can take up to 12 days.
• We use AusPost or Direct Freight couriers to ship all orders.
• Swann makes every effort to ship orders the day they are placed, but does not guarantee that your order will ship on the same day it is received and verified.
• Orders are subject to verification and may require additional information from the credit card holder. If we are not able to verify credit card information, the pending order will be cancelled.
• Delivery times are as provided by our carriers and are estimates only.
• Delays may occur during peak periods, such as Click Frenzy or Black Friday and due to factors outside the carriers control.
